  Reserved a truck a week prior to my move and was told by TWO customer service people that the cost of the truck could be paid over the phone by my sister who is out of state. She called to do the payment and they told her no that it couldn't be paid for over the phone. I called and talked to some guy named Chris and he was so rude.
